Marianna is wonderful! She knew exactly how to treat my issue and made me feel comfortable and confident that my procedure was done safely and thoroughly. This was probably the first time I did not faint during a procedure. Highly recommend

Unprofessional and did not meet adequate standard of care . This ARNP initially did not examine my daughter’s face . Only after I told the office staff I refuse to pay for this visit. Secondly her questions were incoherent . I suspect she did not read my daughter’s chart to understand the diagnosis by her colleague . She walked out after 3 questions leaving us in the room without giving us any feedback or instructions . I had to speak to the front office to get assistance to finalize the visit. Apparently the ARNP told the front desk she was finished with the consult This is when I told the office I was not paying for this ridiculous visit . .After I complained , the ARNP returned and then decided to examine my daughters face. She then referred me to a pediatric dermatologist . Odd , since they have two pediatric dermatologist in the office . I have never had an issue with anyone else in this office . They are usually pleasant and professional.

I think sometimes, as patients, many of us feel that some professionals won't listen to us, we don't want to express our concerns, or we have had bad experiences. I read Mariana's reviews and saw many who said she was kind and listened. So, I decided to take a chance. I felt comfortable telling her I was going through bad times and felt very fragile. She immediately put me at ease and I was able to relax through the procedure. She truly does LISTEN. I highly recommend her. Outstanding!

I have seen Marianna several times, she always answers all my questions and addresses every concern. I always leave feeling satisfied with the information provided. The staff is very welcoming as well, I love how the office always runs on time.

Kind and courteous, was seen quickly. Listened to me and I didn't feel like she was in a hurry! Will definitely recommend and return.

Marianna listened to my issues explained treatment in away I could understand. She was kind, thoughtful , and was actually consider it with all of my concerns. The thing I liked most was that she listened to me .
