After ~7 individual sessions, she did not give any advice or help me to see my "mistakes". The more individual sessions we attended, my child is further away from me. After more than ~30 individual sessions, Dr. Chow was unable to provide ONE detail incident/interaction that "bothered" my child and analysis it with me. We stopped my session due the relationship went opposite direction, and there was no chance to reconnect in the near future. (There was no domestic violence involved). Dr. Chow did not provide an assessment for me during the custody evaluation except by referencing "she said she is... he said she is..." I agree with the negative reviews from outside of Google review. Dr. Chow can make most money if the reconnection does not happened. She became my child's therapist after the reconnection terminated.

It is a TERRIBLE experience. She promised to complete her report in 2 months, after 8 months, the report is nowhere. She is unprofessional and rude, completely biased with the other party. For a claim made by the other party that I didn’t cover my kids insurance, despite of the solid evidence I provided, she spent months back and forth on this topic. While I asked her when the report will be ready, she said that she already used my $12k deposit and suspend the report unless I pay another $15k.

We went through custody evaluation with her. Our mutual feeling is she is not as professional as she stated because she tends to bias towards the agressive spoken parent. She arranged unnecessary appointments to milk the last penny out of the pre-paid payment. Even our judge said that her report is useless.
