Very very professional and humane ????

All I can say about my visit with Maria Ortega, NP, is that I wish I had found her sooner. The staff is warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. It's been a long time since a healthcare professional took the time to sit with me and genuinely ask about my nutrition, lifestyle, and overall well-being. For the first time in a while, I felt like a family, not just another patient.

Dr. Ortega has a lot of experience and knowledge besides she is very caring and empathetic. Her staff is very kind. The enviroment of her office brings you cal and good vibes. They have a very flexible schedule, some days they open super early and other days they keep open late to accommodate the patient's schedule. She takes the time to listen and answer all the questions that the patient has. You can do your blood work there too. She has been our doctor for the past 10 years. We really trust her.

I had a scheduled appointment that I arrived on time to. I waited 40 minutes before addressing the delay. When I complained is when the doctor came out to ask whether I wanted to do labs or not. It seems as though she was having a bad day because the conversation ended with me leaving and her chasing me to tell me she had survived certain medical issues and that “now I was free to go”. I am uncertain how that had to do with the wait time and lack of communication but that is how she addressed the situation.

The office itself is a very pleasant setting. The staff is attentive and efficient. We drive 2.5 hours to see the doctor this is how much we trust her knowledge and care giving gifts. Doctor Ortega is a real blessing in our lives. Highly recommended!!

She is one of the best doctors in this area, empathetic and attentive to each patient, aware of their needs, she follows up (few do) super accurate with her diagnoses, treatments and recommendations, and to complete everyone in the office they make you feel at ease. She is the best

Dr Ortega has been my doctor for the last 3 years, she is attentive to the patients needs, explains all procedures well and takes her time to talk to everyone. When she prescribes new meds she always recommends the ones she believes will better your health. The office personnel treat everyone good and are very sweet. They all get to know you on a first name basis. Dr Ortega makes sure that she can can accommodate your appointment to the time you need, my son has been seen at 6:30a.m. Walking into her office is very relaxing, she has a great coffee station with special treats and soft relaxing music, couches all over and smells awesome. I am a very happy patient

I have attended this clinic several times and I have been very pleased with the good treatment provided by the whole team to the patients, Dr. Ortega is an excellent professional, very professionally prepared and is an excellent person, I recommend this medical center to all .

I finally found a health provider that can see me in her office with out waiting two weeks, returns my calls right away and was there for me in a time of need. Its very hard to find someone that gives patients the type of dedication and care. I would recommend her with out a doubt, to me she is the best.
