For a Monday morning, or any day of the week for that matter, it was a pleasure to walk into this office. The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, offered me coffee, tea, or water, and made the environment positive and stress-free. Good customer care/service is such a rarity these days and the staff was absolutely genuine about it. My experience with Maria was just as great. She was welcoming, informative, and reassuring.
