recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with a therapist who not only lacked professionalism but also demonstrated a complete disregard for my time and needs. It is disheartening to share my experience, but I believe it is important for others to be aware of the potential harm that can be caused by such unprofessional behavior.From the very beginning of our sessions, it was evident that this therapist was more interested in talking about herself than in listening to my concerns and offering guidance. Instead of creating a safe space for me to open up and discuss my struggles, she consistently diverted the conversation towards her own experiences and personal anecdotes. Not only did this make me feel unheard and invalidated, but it also made me question the therapist's qualifications and ability to provide effective therapy.Furthermore, the therapist's blatant disrespect for my time was truly alarming.
