I would not recommend Mrs McMillan for a TB skin test, especially if you are European and have had any TB previous immunization. I had to go through a TB skin test, knowing and making Mrs McMillan aware of the fact that I have had BCG vaccines before. But when the test result came out obviously very POSITIVE, Mrs McMillan had a knowledgeable reaction by telling me that she is certain that the result shows the real diagnosis. She had a detached and omniscient attitude and also INCORRECT.
