Completely lacking fundamental basic Healthcare knowledge. Contradicts statements and when questioned highly passive aggressive attitude. No concept of diseases, illnesses, but rather reiterates her experience with colds and flu viruses. Does not listen to patient. Not sure how she ever became a Healthcare provider but please reconsider alternative option.

Very rude, condescending woman. Her knowledge of anything beyond the flu is lacking; I suppose that is why she is working at an urgent care but I have been to urgent cares where the employees are very knowledgeable. If you ask her a question she will become more upset if she doesn't know the answer and even more rude. She refused to run any diagnostic tests or treat me even though it was suggested I go to see someone as it was a weekend and my Dr. was not available. I went home with a fever and in severe pain with absolutely nothing from seeing her, not even a recommendation for an otc pain reducer. I had to ask the nurse who was seeing me out for a recommendation for the pain. This woman should not be providing care to humans.
