I saw Dr Dunlap due to the person who did the exam was not available. Despite having no prior knowledge, she was able to catch up extremely quickly. She fitted the hearing aids after making both physical and audiology adjustments. She then explained how to care for them in a professional and easy to understand manner. I am very pleased in how quickly Nashville ENT was able to get my hearing aids approved, ordered and provided to me.
