All I was given was address of 40 Duke Medical Circle, no instructions where to park, or suite number. I find parking garage with handicapped spaces on fourth level with the elevator broken. When I got out of garage 2 men helped me find building & I asked at front desk. Was told to go to red elevaror and go to 4. On 4th floor, went to 2 offices before they told me I needed to be on 5th. Got there. No receptionist. She then refused to see me even for shortened time. I was sobbing in frustration.
