I needed an orthopedic doctor quickly, and Dr. Avilla was the first one I called. She treated my broken foot (my first-ever broken bone!) with such compassion and care. Dr. Avilla took the time to explain my injury in detail and walked me through the steps we could take to avoid surgery, which really put me at ease. She went above and beyond by offering me a knee scooter to borrow from her office, which was a lifesaver. Dr. Avilla genuinely listened to my story and made me feel cared for. I highly recommend her to anyone needing an orthopedic specialist!

Meg is very knowledgeable in her field of orthopedics. She sees my father for his knees. She has a kind and gentle about her that puts dad at ease.

I found Margaret Avilla, PA-C to be extremely compassionate, patient, and competent. She was very attentive and helpful in diagnosing my patellar-femoral pain syndrome. She spent a lot of time with me and I felt I could trust her as a provider.

When visiting Atlantic Orthopedics, I was referred to this physician instead of the doctor. I found Margaret Avilla to be extremely degrading to my situation and towards me in general. She seemed to have an extreme lack of attention & care for my injury and at one point literally told me to suck it up. This was extremely upsetting and disheartening as it seemed that my injury and symptoms were not taken seriously what so ever. Never in my life have I had such a negative experience as this one.
