Marcy had such a bright spirit. She made me feel comfortable even through my pain & during these COVID-19 times. I really appreciated how she didnt make me feel like my issues were less important. She helped me with the reason why I was even there in the first place; as well as respected me & where I stood when it comes to prescribed drugs. She gave me JUST the advice I needed. I went in with my son, I wanted her to check both of us for strep because my husband had it. She didn't even look at me, told me I was over protective, told me what decisions I needed to make, and charged us for two appointments (when she didn't even acknowledge me or actually check for strep). Acts like everyone is uneducated except for herself. Very horrible experience.
