Marcus Listened to me!
I went to the ER in mid July with a heart rate of 147 BPM. The staff was excellent, the IV did not hurt, and Marcus was my PA. What impressed me the most is that Marcus listened to me and my history before making any kind of decisions whether I needed to stay in the ER overnight, or I could be discharged and sent home once my heart rate stabilized. I was in the ER total of 4 hours, in and out.

He was the PA while I was in the ER, he was very attentive and explained what testing would be ordered and etc. gave the test results quickly and decided treatment plan. Great bedside manners!

Condescending
Very condescending bedside manner. Put in progress note patient has “bizarre” complaints, what I was feeling was very real to me. Had the nerve to put in notes somewhat of underlying psychiatric condition. I am far from a psychiatric condition and even if I was it had nothing to do with what I was feeling that day. Would not recommend this provider to anyone. I should know better than to expect top notch care at Parkview Randallia though

Seemed to not care my child had a 104 fever for 3 days. Told me its just an infection. Said my 9 month old could have a 106 fever and be fine. Made me feel like I was an idiot for worrying about my child not feeling well

Didn’t really help or investigate my situation. I didn’t feel he was listening to me at all. I left the hospital with the same information I came in with. Which were basically my symptoms. No figuring out what was causing the severe pain or attempt to understand the problem.
