I used to be a patient of Amy Jackson, who was WONDERFUL. Marcy "replaced" Amy when she moved to a different location. Marcy is no replacement. I saw her for hip and lower back pain lasting more than two weeks. Marcy spent less than 10 minutes in the exam room. She did not even touch me. She was giving instructions as she walked out of the room- like she had better things to do. I didn't receive a diagnosis, she just prescribed three medications (steroid, muscle relaxer, and ibuprofen). Marcy told me to call back in two weeks if I was still in pain- she obviously didn't review my chart to see that I am scheduled for abdominal surgery within that time period. I also checked pre-op instructions when I got home- ibuprofen should be stopped two weeks before before surgery due to increased risk of bleeding. It stands to reason the 800 mg three times daily is not advisable. Glad I did my own research instead of relying on the healthcare professional. I'd rather be treated by my dog's vet!

She doesn't care about her patients. Left me 3 months with no meds I begged her to talk to head MD and I just got "no I won't! I am on your case!" Since I've had no treatment lupus has attacked my lungs and caused kidney failure,all my blood counts are completely off. I feel like she signed my death certificate like I'm too far gone to correct this. She shouldn't be practicing at all! She has done this to countless patients lately. She is rude and unhelpful PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT SEE HER!!
