Discriminatory Behavior

After weeks of trying to get assistance for my vertigo and after and whole conversation about my vertigo, she told me “I will not prescribe you narcotics”. I started bawling. She didn’t hear a word I said. I had just told her my pain clinic already had me scheduled for nerve block and I had an appointment with neuro surgery so I wasn’t concerned about the pain, I was there to discuss my vertigo. Then she told me I didn’t have a diagnosis so she couldn’t treat me. Which is strange, because I had brain surgery for it at that hospital 8 years prior.

Do not trust her advice
Telehealth
Make sure you review your bloodwork with another doctor. She gives false information. Her understanding of physiology is flawed. She also will never know what you are coming to her for. It was a very frustrating experience to see this physician at both visits. She will only have limited knowledge that surrounds MS and nothing else.
