Truly a disturbed individual. Terrible bedside manner, combative, didn't study or read my chart. Truly miserable experience. Even after mentioning that it's people like her that make people want to hurt themselves she accused me of having a mental health condition that is not consistent with a threat to life etc... bro RUN FROM THIS LADY.

I will never see a NP again. After seeing a psychiatrist for the first time last week, there was a huge difference in the quality of care, treatment plan, and bedside manner. Marcia was abrasive, rude, and disconnected. I felt more depressed leaving the appointment. It felt like a mother chastising and reprimanding a child on their issues, instead of a kind, compassionate doctor. After an one hour intake, I was diagnosed with several things and recommended an antipsychotic, when I was only coming in for depression, anxiety, and ADD. If this is the average psychiatric experience, I see why people do not go. I would not recommend Lifestance to anyone, especially in regards to mental health. They are not adequately trained in my opinion to treat psychiatric issues. I was scared to leave a review until I found a new psychiatrist just incase she would not refill my previous prescriptions... that should tell you all you need to know.

Marcia was irritated throughout my telehealth visit, was 45 minutes late and has still not prescribed my medication after 24 hours and 2 hour phone calls to the office.

Terrible Service Provider
Ms. Phillips does not care about her patients. She is non-empathic and very judgmental. She also very rude and nasty. My mental health care was interrupted by her lack of care and empathy. She never read my chart, prescribed thing that I was allergic to and talked down. She should not be in the mental health field. After a visit with her, I had to see another therapist because of the trauma she put me through. Imagine needing medication to function throughout the day and having her make an assumption and refuse to provide it to you. Plus, her tone of voice she take with patients is very condescending. If you have scheduled an appointment with her, RUN and save yourself additional trauma
