I would not trust this person!
After reviewing my Long Beach VA Hospital record this person put derogatory statements in July 15, 2009 that reduces my treatment at the VA. I have never met this person, but yet she felt that she need to insert derogatory prescription information in my VA Health record. She deliberately included that I have 'Opioid Dependence'.With this is my Health record, the VA will not prescribe medications that help me take the edge off the pain that I get every day. Being a Disabled Veteran, this is shameful that Doctors or Nurses feel that it's their right to interfere with a proven pain management program that their Primary Care Team found that works with various patients.Again, I never met this person in the VA Healthcare system or Visited Tuscan AZ for any treatment by this person. I would not trust this person.Watch your medical records so this person doesn't ruin your Quality of Life.
