Although she's a bit wacky sometimes, Marci has a good heart and she is very relatable which is great when talking to someone. She thoroughly cares about each patient that walks through her doors and I can advocate for that firsthand.

She came across as very hyper and scattered, kept misplacing things during the session, getting up and leaving the room, setting up her laptop, she was late more than on time, and I had to repeat things because she would forget answers I had just given her. She gave some good resources, but most were not applicable to myself, she was just giving them to give them. The reason I left altogether was I overheard the last fifteen minutes of a client's session, no sound machine outside the door.
