Provider is unable to see patient which is imperative in mental health assessments. Reaching the staff during office hours is often difficult, especially late in the day or prior to a weekend. Genetic testing was a complete waste of time and money. Provider did not explain the results or use them for medication management.

He takes his time and explains everything. Always responds when you send messages through the portal. I haven't had any issues getting in touch with him. Would highly recommend!

He never wants to see patients in office only virtual even if it means going months without seeing the patient physically. He claims to conduct "virtual" appointments and even provides a link to click before joining in on what should be a video session, but it never is. I was a patient of his for 13 months and only saw him in the office once despite requesting an in-office appointment a few times. The video links for virtual appointments seems to be all for show and he only ever wants to call your phone with no reason why he is not using his virtual video portal instead. He forgets to call in medications, he lacks empathy, and takes no accountability for his lack of professional care when he makes mistakes (which he has made many in my experience as a patient). Lastly, you can never get in touch with a real human being when calling his office. You are left with no choice but to leave messages and just pray that you receive a call back within a week. Terrible, just terrible.

I came to Pascal quite jaded from a traumatic experience with my previous psychiatrist and was admittedly wary of trusting anyone new and lost my patience when trying to get things started. Anybody would have rightfully abandoned me for my snarky attitude which I later humbly apologized for. He gave me a chance and his caring and compassionate guidance on my healing journey has been impactful beyond words. I cannot speak highly enough of this man's character and integrity that are increasingly harder to find in the mass market that is today's mental health industry. I am not simply a number, but a person with a name that is recognized, and my issues are thoughtfully regarded. I feel so blessed to have found a professional with a true heart for their calling.

He is very friendly and puts you at ease with his personality. And his secretary's are awesome. They have the best patient service in the 757. If you have any questions or concerns Pascal and staff get back to you quickly and efficiently.

Dr. Pascal-Rodriguez is literally in a class of his own when it comes to working in the mental health/addiction field. It's incredibly difficult to find a professional who completely empathizes with each patient's situation. Personally, I was with another doctor for 12 years, until he retired. Upon changing offices, I was incredibly nervous, scared of change. Within minutes of sitting downing with Dr. Pascal, my worries and nerves were erased by the calming atmosphere of his office, his incredible staff, and the attention to detail he portrayed. In a nutshell, I would give him 20 stars if I could. Finding someone, a professional, that is working in this field because they genuinely want to change lives and make an impact, is like finding a needle in a haystack. Dr. Pascal-Rodriguez is that needle, and I'm lucky to be under his care.

I feel that Dr. Pascal-Rodriguez has just saved our family from a terribly mismanaging, forgetful Doctor who seemed so busy that he could not recall the previous discussions and lost paperwork that we needed for weeks. They also didn’t follow through with concerns about medications, and created a situation that went from bad to much worse by medicating before considering medical and familial history. We didn’t hear from them until days and in some cases weeks later, even when it was urgent. We were helped IMMEDIATELY by this office, and they went above and beyond to help us in our crisis. They MADE the time to see us due to the urgency. We have very specific medical needs and were given the option to do genetic testing to be certain if medication needs. I can’t thank your office enough and you’ve given us much needed hope, compassion, and care when it was vital. Thank you so very much and I will recommended you to anyone who wants TRUE CARE.
