Marcelle Nesci, PNP

I can't say that being in the hospital is a pleasurable experience on the whole, but the last 2 visits between my wife and myself were were a very different story. We both had the most wonderful nurse attend to us during our brief st at wph. She was incredibly professional, had wonderful bedside manner, and very funny. She was very knowledgeble not just with her profession but really knew a lot about the other doctors in the hospital and made some fantastic recommendations. I would Rate her A++

Marcelle was excellent, she was kind, patient and completely understanding! She was great with my son who had 103 fever with a sinus infection and was screaming and crying hysterically. I highly recommend her. My only complaint was that the wait time was extremely long.

I must say from the front desk to the staff this place is great. It's a small place and at times it gets very busy that you wait a long time but Marcelle takes good care of her patients that makes the wait so worth it. She likes to make sure that a kid looks better before they leave if they come in looking very sick and down. When she saw my son when he was really sick she made sure that everything was ok with him before I left the office.

She always rushed in and out. The last meeting that we had convinced me to switch to another doctor and I have never looked back. She usually just typed all my concerns into her computer and would bring in a CNA to help with something related but not addressing my concerns. All the staff could say was keep monitoring it until the next appointment because she went out to lunch. Good staff, but overall not impressed at all with this PCP.
