Manahil Riaz, MED

Dr. Riaz has been my therapist for the past couple of years, and I recommend her with highest regards. I’ve been through quite a few in my search for the best fit, but I always felt that something was missing until I began working with her. She has an incredible ability to be flexible with her methods when the situation calls for it, and she’s very adept in multiple treatment modes. She’s the first counselor I’ve encountered who wasn’t wed to a formulaic prescription, and this has made such a difference for me.I’ve felt validated and able to share things I thought I would never tell anyone because of her nonjudgmental nature. She’s helping me to peel back layers of past trauma in a way that feels safe and supportive. I’m always amazed by her vast expanse of therapeutic techniques to help conquer my fears, doubts, panic attacks, grief, and the list goes on.I truly believe that Dr. Riaz has a gift that goes far beyond that which is taught in higher education. She's excellent!
