I find Mallory to be both friendly and extremely intelligent. I’ve been seeing her for several years now and couldn’t be more pleased. I know the head of Barnes Neurology was very impressed with her and said what an amazing asset she was to the department.

As required, all of my records were sent to Wash U. Neuroscience Clinic before I could receive an appointment. It was very disappointing to find out that Mallory Henry, NP had failed to review my records prior to my visit. She was very uninformed of my situation, and failed to listen to me regarding symptoms that I experience as part of post concussion syndrome. Her conclusion did not correlate with my symptoms, as she refused to listen that "x" and "y" did not occur at the same time. Her solution was Rx meds, and when I suggested taking a supplement that would/could provide the same benefits, she ultimately gave me a list of RX meds and said, "Here is a list of meds I can give you. Let me know what you want me to prescribe." Obviously, the visit was a waste of my time.

I was very impressed with her. She was prompt, kind, pleasant, well-informed, and competent. I am so glad to have found her and to get answers after trying to get help locally with no success.

Scheduled an appt with a neurologist at Barnes-Wash U. Unfortunately, I was scheduled with a PA Henry. Found her un-compassionate and inexperienced. Learning from this and passing this along, if you call to make an appointment, do your research and insist that you get an experienced doctor, and also, just say 'no' when asked if it's okay to have an observer in the room. Between the PA and the observer, it was the most unpleasant and disappoint'g experiences that I have ever had at a drs office

Disappointed After Waiting Lengthy Time for Appt in St Louis, MO – Jun 23, 2017

Mallory was awesome and very understanding. I came into the office and had one of my migraines and the girls in the office Accommodated Me with everything I might have needed. Mallory did my assessment in a dark room explained everything to me and gave me the choices I had on what medications that were available and then allowed me to choose which one was for me. I finally found someone who listened to me. Thank you.
