She is now located at an Outpatient Therapy center (Good Samaritan's Fit for Life Therapy and Wellness) at 903 DeSoto Blvd and at Good Samaritan's Rehab at 121 Cortez Rd in Hot Springs Village. Malinda ("Mindy") and the other therapy and nursing staff took excellent care of my 96yr old grandmother following a fall that resulted in a pelvic fracture, helping her to return home at the highest level of independence possible. She showed great compassion and listened to family needs to ensure my grandmother was able to achieve all goals to navigate up/down stairs and throughout the home safely.
