mixed bag. i liked him. thought he was friendly. wife did not. she did not feel like he was listening to her. i thought he was ok, but dont really have much to compare with.

Throughout my sessions with Doctor Omholt I felt as if he was using his credentials as a therapist to delegitimize my experiences with mental health disorders. He consistently makes attempts to place the emotional state of ones being as simply the fault of the patient and them “not trying hard enough”. This is inappropriate behavior for a so called “dialogic healer” to exhibit and the reason why I will not be returning to his office anytime soon.

Very dissatisfied. Therapists should be subject to evaluation by governing bodies to ensure they are in a condition to practice medicine.
