Awesome Care by Madelyn Stein Best P.A. in Town
My journey began with a terribly infected thumb, that became a referral from an Urgent Care visit to OCC. Most impressive immediate evaluation with need for immediate surgery which was promptly scheduled and completed. The surgery all happened in an afternoon for fear of loosing my thumb. I would add that OCC Monday was fully booked for the day yet they graciously accommodated me. Also most impressive was the extreme care taken on multiple visits by Madelyn for followup evaluation of healing and re-bandaging over a couple weeks. The Physician and staff in the O.R. Gentle, thorough and frank about the surgery, assurance of proper prep and pain management. Cant say enough about the initial fright I had during the operation Nurses were congenial, offered side conversations to keep my mind off the work the Doctor Performed . Given the pain I was in from infection and extreme swelling, the experience was very tolerable, so appreciated for all the wonderful care I received! Thank you!
