She made an uncomfortable situation for me as pleasant as anyone could.
She was thoughtful and considerate to my situation, explaining clearly to me what was going on in terms I could understand .
She was so pleasant .
I feel truly fortune to now have her as my vision/eye care provider.

She is very kind and patient. My children 4 & 7 loved her! She made their first visit so positive that my kids asked to come back the next day and get another exam.
