Inhumane treatment
She covered over medication errors so that her nurses underneath her charge, didn't get into trouble. They left a 90% disabled veteran feeling unsafe in a crisis residential unit. Do not send veterans there, for that matter don't send anyone in crisis there. There are no medical ethics instilled in the staff of UPMC CRU. She doesn't own up to the mistakes. In covering over one medication error found 4 more in review of patient chart. Yet even after bringing it to their attention they still stand by no medication errors and the patients fault for not having a person to pick up the medications from the VA. So much for treatment of desert storm and enduring freedom veterans.
