Dr. Lynne Erbe, OD

Rude front desk staff. On hold for over 10 minutes and no one ever came back on the line to say how much longer. No music no nothing. When I called back the rude phone person told me I had an attitude because I asked her why was I on hold so long and why didn't they come back to check on me. I have been going here for two years and everybody has been fantastic but I have now found another place to go who appreciates me as a customer

Dr. Erbe and staff are excellent! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Went to Dr. Erbe for an eye Examination had new glass made, and could not see, went back for a recheck, and change the prescription, had another set of glasses made with the same problem, Finely went to another Dr and had a complete Examination of my eyes, gave me a new prescription, had new lenses made with no problems with a cost of remaking new lenses and an office visit, Never would recommend this Dr.

went there on gatlin acouple years ago was happy with service then this time was a s***show took 2mos. to finally recieve my new glasses and then to add to that frustration was informed of a 40$ balance that was due when i prepaid. happy with the eyewear the associates are nice but they seem very unorganized , understaffed and overwhelmed.communication is terrible. i will probably not return for their services as well as my wife.

I’ve been a patient of hers for 10 years + (since in Tradition). Always willing to help. Always polite, responsive. Her sons help in the office and it’s a great place!

As a busy mom of 3 (2 of whom are ASD) taking time out to pick frames isn't high on my list. I was so surprised how helpful, fast and compassionate this office was. Jennifer got us in and out and had my glasses ready before the kids nap time!

Wow! In all my decades of wearing glasses, I have never gotten not only a thorough exam, & also time spent with me answering all my questions and concerns. Dr. Erbe was patient enough to show me exactly how my eye problem worked using the models and lenses as a teaching tool. She was not forceful in anyway as to what I should do next, but encouraged me to first think about the suggestion, talk to my husband, friends, and if I planned to go further, I could call her office anytime to proceed

I would never recommend them, not even to my worst enemy.

Everyone there was so helpful. I had my little one with me and they were all so patient with us.
