I felt that she was judgemental and I didn't get a sense of comfort with my first session. I've been to therapist before and I believe this to be the worst encounter. I left out feeling dissapointed as if I were rejected for a job. I don't think she understood the things I said instead she redirected it to something else. Maybe she'll be good for someone else. It was almost like she didn't want to listen but just fix what I was saying. I didn't feel the warmth or empathy. This closes a person.
