I was lucky to find Lynn 2 years ago after moving back to the valley from San Diego. Since then, she has been a huge help and I would go on to say that she has helped me greatly with my daily struggles beyond 100%. Just hearing her advice helps me know that I am not alone and am on the right track to being the best that I can be. I would highly recommend her to help you with any needs you might have. I came to see Lynn when my life was unmanageable. I am so grateful for her help. She is patient and thorough in her approach to your care, listening & helping you navigate your deepest emotions. She works with you, building your confidence & emotional skills so you can become the person you want to be. Navigating life in this world is hard for all of us. I once believed there was no hope of me having a better life until I met Lynn Meyer. She has been my Counselor since the beginning of COVID-19. I admire her professionalism, patience, flexibility and support. During our sessions, she has helped to enlighten me in an initiative-taking approach rather than a reactive one. I look forward to our sessions because she helps me in clarifying my trains of thought and to seek out diverse options that can improve my way of life. She provides recommendations that I may have overlooked. She also provides encouragement when I become skeptical. It is also a blessing to know that I have someone I can trust. I do not feel as if she judges me, which is especially important to build that trust to get to the root of the problem. Lynn has been the longest person during my treatments that I have had, and she has helped me tremendously. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a Counselor that respects you and dedicated in helping you.

I have been seeing Lynn a few years and I feel like I got lucky when I found her. She has helped me identify patterns in my life that might not be serving me as best as they can. I’ve made very positive changes due to her insight and outside perspective. So much so, that my co-workers have commented that I’m less mean & cutting at work.

As a member of the LGBTQ community and a person of color, it can often be difficult to find a therapist I feel comfortable with and who understands the issues people like me have to deal with. Lynn is knowledgeable in those areas and direct her communication.

I think everyone has a different idea of what a therapist is realistically, and I know everyone will have different needs when it comes to counseling/support. Lynn is someone who isn't an enabler and is very real. I needed this when it came to support and I did not want a 'yes man' as a therapist. She's kind, has a phenomenal memory, and is that 'realness' I needed when I was just stuck in my secluded POV headspace. I've been with her since early 2020 and just moved out of state, so our time had to end, but I would recommend her to quite honestly anyone. I've had a few therapists before her and Lynn was the one I stayed with!

Lynn has been a godsend for my teenager (and me!). My child has been seeing Lynn for 3 years and looks forward to thier appointments.Lynn has helped us both to navigate the communication gaps that happen between parents and their teenagers, prompting us both to look at things from each others perspectives. This has opened up better channels for conversation between my teen and I.

I have been seeing Lynn Meyer’s a little over a year now, very regularly, and I have enjoyed every session so far. She has helped me gain my self confidence not only in my work life but my personal as well. She has helped me cultivate healthy coping mechanisms. She has helped me discover my passions in life and has honestly helped me like myself. I am very grateful for her help and all the life skills she has helped me with. If you are looking for an attentive and helpful therapist she is definitely someone I would recommend!

I have been seeing Lynn for a few years now. She has great suggestions and insight into dealing with day-to-day stressors and mind-weighing matters. She is wonderful at creating a safe space in which you can feel heard and validated. She is quick to respond to calls and texts and she is flexible with her schedule in case of emergency. I appreciate her many offerings of resources related to mental health education, career finding and development, and community engagement. What I appreciate most about Lynn is her words of genuine kindness and encouragement when I am being most hard on myself, she is really good at creating arguments against those awful cognitive distortions.

In the 2 years I've been regularly seeing Lynn, she has helped me through a lot. Whether it be some hard onsets of manic depression, or a life shattering breakup, Lynn has been there to listen and validate my struggles, alongside calling me out when necessary. I look forward to my session every week, as I know that there's someone who will just hear and see me. She has also gone out of her way to check on me and talk to me on nights where my panic and anxiety have become debilitating. I feel like my sense of self has improved drastically through counseling and would recommend it to anyone.

Lynn is caring, accepting and knowledgeable. She gave me skills I can use to manage life better. I felt understood.

Was rude, sarcastic, dismissive and insulting. Would recommend her to NO ONE.

Just on the phone asking if she was available she was rude and short. If that is any indication as far as how well of a counselor she is then I'm glad I won't be paying you a dime. I'm a physician and I would never treat a patient, established or not, like that. Kindness takes no effort, try to remember that.
