Yes, the provider did not give me enough instructions about the aftercare that I was supposed to do and if there would be any further follow-up. And she didn't explain certain things about my incision and the care of the incision afterwards. She was very general and it wasn't that helpful. And then I tried to reach out to her and she was referring me to one of the surgical nurses. She wanted me to go to MyChart, which I don't have and probably can't get. So I wasn't happy about that. But the surgical nurse was very helpful and that's who I thought was calling back and she explained the things I needed to know. We did not talk about the length of time I would need to do this procedure though. So I still will need to call. So yes, they fell down on some of that stuff. They were all friendly and nice, but the provider, the nurse practitioner, did not give me enough aftercare information. And the regular surgeon said...

My entire experience with UCI Health for my pre-surgery, surgery and post surgery has been outstanding. Lyndsey Bell is very well qualified and was responsive to my questions as well as giving me good information along the way for my post-op check up.
