Best Dietitian Ever!
Lydia is hands down the best dietitian ever! She is knowledgeable, compassionate, calm, empathetic, kind, encouraging, responsive, and the most supportive RD I have ever had. I am farther along in my recovery from an eating disorder because of her absolute belief that full recovery is 100% possible!
