Therapist became hostile without explanation. My confidentiality broken, and medical records refused. I am happy i did not have enough time to get attached to this person. Be careful. For $200 a session you are just a client/business, Not an important person. Although I have to admit that her unorthodox methods and techniques such as tapping and hexes made me curious. Old Emdr equipment and CD player. It might be the time to move on into 21st century. Especially for what they charge.

Lydia is the first therapist I've found who I genuinely trust and keep returning to for treatment when needed. I can tell she is truly interested in listening to me, and caring, which I really appreciate, but professional and intelligent in sessions. I know she's never just telling me what I want to hear. I finally feel comfortable really trying to open myself up, which is rare! She has been a big help to me and I highly recommend her.

I was treated by Lydia Denton for a specific issue that was causing enormous stress in several areas of my life. She was absolutely brilliant in helping me understand my role in the situation, and in helping me resolve it. Her insights were Invaluable. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for short term therapy with maximum impact in finding resolutions.
