My only concern is in the lobby. The day I came in for lab work prior to my appointment, the lobby was so full and busy, I didn’t feel safe. Also I was asked to sign in using the same pen that every other patient used, and the sanitary gel wasn’t readily available on the counter. However, today was much different. The lobby wasn’t as full and I brought my own pen and sanitizer. *wink I’ve been coming to Gilbert Center Family Medicine for many, many years. I usually see a PA and always grateful. Thank you.

Lydia barboza was not helpful and didnt even attempt to offer any additional testing or solutions to figure out what is wrong with me. She didnt even review the paperwork from my hospital visits and asked me questions that were already answered on all the forms i submitted. Instead of trying to narrow it down medically she just jumped to the conclusion that its "anxiety" or all in my mind. How can you make that conclusion with no medical testing or reviewing the medical tests from the hospital? I left feeling worse and ripped off. Paid money to get the same answer someone without a medical degree would provide. She does not care about her patients
