Very unprofessional. Once I became a client, it became nearly impossible to get a timely response to calls or texts. Basically felt ghosted. NO mental health professional should take days and days to respond to a client (whether email, call, or text), let alone one who expressed being in a near-crisis situation.

Be prepared to be charged for ridiulous annual fees and don't call in sick if you have Covid. I woke up sick and let them know immediately that I could not make my appointment later in the day. I ended up at the Doctor and it was Covid. They still charged me for a late cancel. Avoid this place at all costs if you don't want to be nickle and dimed.

My teenage son was a patient of one of their counselors and when they had a situation where their counselor quit or could no longer provide care for their patients (my son being one of them), they handled the situation so poorly. No communication, no call AT ALL. They literally ghosted us. Super unprofessional. I've literally never dealt with a more unprofessional group ever. And considering my teen son deals with depression and high anxiety this was absolutely inexcusable. Was devastating for us. The least they could have done was give us a call and try to re-schedule us with someone else or give us the time of day. But nothing. Do not recommend.

I have been seeing Dr. Underwood for several years. I have been seeing her for trauma therapy. She specializes in EMDR, ART, IFS, and DETUR for trauma treatment. She has been a tremendous help with my recovery. She is very patient and has been flexible in her scheduling. I would recommend her if you were looking for a therapist.
