Dr's staff did not inform me of change of office. Wasted my day. His staff rolled their eyes about my insurance and couldn't find a new appointment for me.

lucky to find a pcp to put on an insurance card. Primary Care put in an business clerk 1 year ago and all the PCP are leaving due to being unhappy. Appointment waits are very long for a visit each time. It used to be good when lovelace had rapid care. Appointments used to be easy to get.

Always took his time. Gave excellent care With very good advice How lucky I was to have him to take care of me again he will be missed.

The visit was friendly, professional and thorough. I will miss having Lucas Enslin as my primary.

Great check up

Unfortunately told me I had become a diabetic first visit when I was still pre diabetic. Needs to understand primary care labs better. Seems generally uncomfortable dealing with patients and health issues. Bad bedside manner. Has eyes with a great deal of white around his eyes veteran possibly a tbi?from desert storm? Unfortunately the management is poor for the reason for other primary’s leaving not sure if is onsite or higher or both. This is why so many of us keep getting put new places. The urology clinic in this clinic is bad. Other lovelace clinics have excellent care that is patient oriented like the lovelace heart institute and other lovelace clincs.

His referrals were very helpful. Troubles found & fixed. When I showed up at an expected appointment that I had accidently cancelled, he made room for me and was very kind & helpful.

Our experience with Lucas Enslin, was excellent. He was very thorough and took the time to answer all our questions were answered. He was not rushed and we felt he was caring and wanted to get to know about any issues dad may be having.

I am new to Albuquerque. I chose NP Enslin because of the presentation in his bio and, once meeting him, my choice was confirmed. He is thorough, listens well and explains. He did not initially know that I am a physician until I told him; his excellent care preceded that so I assume he is this way with everyone. He is businesslike and to the point. Hard to see smiles under facemasks but I hope he noted mine--great work, thank you, and I will be back as needed (hopefully not often) and I appreciate the time and attention given during that first visit.

My visits with Dr Lucas Enslin is always great He's always so helpful and takes care of the probably am having the best way that he can. I've had him as a doctor for a very long time and plan to keep him as My primary doctor. Thank u for being a great Dr and helping us all.
