Lucinda overlooked years over bloodwork that pointed to a serious illness. Instead of following up when my numbers first started going up in 2018 she ignored it. An ER physician did follow up and referred me to oncology. When I told her I was referred to oncology, she said it was just another way for the hospital to get more money. It didn't take doctors there long to determine the cause.

Lucinda has been my provider for a few years now and I just love her. She listens, she isn't condescending, and she respects my choices when it comes to managing my health. She is now the provider for my entire household. I recommend her to everyone.

She sits and types and never touches the patient. She bills for a high level visit, according to my EOB, but never touched me in 5 years. Went to a new provider who found many things wrong with my physical condition because I was assessed comprehensively. Would not recommend.

Lucinda is very nice! She is one of the few who actually sit down and talk with you. She is able to answer any questions I have very accurately. her nurse is the nicest person you would ever meet and she is very helpful!
