This is the best provider we've ever seen. My daughter has had so much difficulty in school since her diagnosis with her hearing loss. We've seen 4 different clinicians and have had a difficult time getting her the services she needs. Luke was great with her. He spent the time making sure she understood her hearing loss and how to communicate better ordered additional devices that have really saved her in school, and modified her hearing aids to make sure she was comfortable and hearing better than before.

We just saw Dr. Lancaster for APD testing. It was difficult to find someone in the area that tests for central auditory processing disorders. Gallaudet was easy to get into and Dr Lancaster was very thorough and willing to follow up with other my daughter's school team to make sure we have a good plan in place for her

Dr. Lancaster is an amazing audiologist and CAPD specialist. He helped me diagnose our little girl's CAPD, took the time to explain why it took so long to get a diagnosis, helped us understand how her diagnosis interacts with her other disabilities, and he made us feel more at ease about the services she has been getting in the public school system, which we were very concerned about. We love that he also talked directly to our daughter and made her feel like an important part of the testing.

Dr. Lancaster has been an outstanding audiologist. I have bounced between many audiologists in the last several years, spent and wasted quite a bit of money, and never felt that I received any benefit. Dr. L and his students were very gracious, spent a lot of time with me and my wife, gave me real manageable expectations, and spontaneously followed up with me several times to check in on how things were going. Couldn't have asked for batter care. Only wish I had come here sooner.
