Very punctual. Her tone is nice and not too intimidating but her questions were. She didn’t give me a chance to feel safe and comfortable, didn’t explain the confidentiality. It started with “tell me your problem” which can be difficult to talk about. Maybe she was trying to be productive and use the time well but question after question and some sensitive questions… It feels invasive. It doesn’t leave you feeling relieved, rather may stress you out. Still, I didn’t give up on her and believe she has good intentions and really wants to help. I will assume she was trying to be efficient and to the point. So, will see how it goes after a few sessions.

Terrible. Does a whole lotta talking and not much listening. Takes on patients she is not equipped to handle.
