The Best
Have been seeing Dr Sparks for years and always very attentive to every detail. I had an emergency with list vision. He immediately had he come in and found a retinal detachment. Although Friday afternoon he called an eye surgeon who came back to his closed office for emergency surgery. HE CARES!
