Mrs. Smith will only help stroke your ego and not get to the bottom of your issues. I had to switch to another therapist in the same building who actually dealt with cognitive-behavioral therapy. Save your money and see an actual professional.

I attended therapy sessions with my husband for over a year for his severe anxiety which was the result of other health issues. He went from being a healthy guy not in any medsications to being on 3 medications per day, all for anxiety. After a year of therapy sessions with Lourene, he is back to his normal self and off of all medications. Lourene is very easy to talk to and gunuinely cares for her patients.
