I have now been seeing Lottena for 2 years and she is by far the best therapist I have ever seen. She is transparent, empathetic, professional and non-biased with a cognitive approach. I highly recommend her for marriage therapy if you are finding your union to be falling apart. She is simply brilliant!

I started therapy with Lottena back in 2013 and continued with her for close to two years. I was in a really bad space and needed to get back to being "me" again. She helped me to work through some very challenging issues and assisted with establishing new life skills and tools for my future. Lottena is a very empathetic, compassionate and encouraging therapist who I trust and respect. I would (and have) recommend her to anyone.
