Minor improvements since her head injury, but still struggles to respond to calls or e-mails. When asked about upcoming appointments, she typically refers me to the scheduler, rather than taking the 30 seconds that it takes her to schedule upcoming appointments. Typical wait times are 1-2 months for an appointment, and she just started refusing to take morning appointments with no explanation. Typically just checks vitals and then asks how the patient feels. Dirty waiting room with long waits.
