It is my opinion that Lorna Rupp should not be allowed to have contact with patients until she has been cleared to do so by a State of Minnesota licensed Psychiatrist. She should not be allowed to make decisions regarding the mental health of anyone. There are plumbers, truck drivers, teachers, lawyers and physicians that can and have lost their way due to mental health issues of their own and It's my opinion she has.
