She is speedy; but, takes all the time necessary to go over concerns, answer questions, and treatment or treatment plans. Thorough and amazing. Even better, the Urology of Virginia does not waste your time with unnecessary follow-up appointments. I would strongly refer the Urology of Virginia, Suffolk.

Lorie has always gone out of her way to make me feel comfortable. She is a very caring person. I am glad I ended up seeing her. Don’t plan to go anywhere else.

2 appointments and had to wait over 30 minutes for each. Appointments were first thing in the morning so there was no reason to have to wait. Staff told me she was on time 10 minutes past my appointment time! NP Conza had not even arrived at the office by the time I left!I left after waiting 30 minutes. My time is just as valuable as the next person's. Do Not make an appointment early in the morning. I can only assume that all other appointments are delayed as well.
