Dr. Schwanhausser is very warm and gentle in her approach. She meets you where you are. After you have established a good therapeutic relationship she will push you a bit, but I believe her intentions are always good and I've never felt that she was brash or came on too strong. I highly recommend her; I believe she is the reason I am alive today. She walked me through scary ED treatment with grace and kindness. She's awesome :-)
