I wholeheartedly agree with the person who left her one star. I almost called the ethics board several times. She did more harm than good.

She is unprofessional in the way she interacts with clients. She makes clinical and medical assessments outside of her scope of expertise. She is not especially bright but asserts her opinion as though she knows what she's talking about. She is a horrible combination of ignorant and arrogant.

Very patient with kids and kids warm up to her quickly. Truly cares about the people she sees. Goes above and beyond. Has been in the business for a long time and has the experience and knowledge to go with it.
