I only had one experience with her and it was one I will never forget. I came to the office because I was experiencing awful thrush symptoms. I had my two year old and week old baby with me. She was fascinated that my older son had curly hair and darker skin but my infant had straight hair and lighter skin. She then asked me “What are their fathers because they just look so different”. I told her that these were my husbands children and brushed it off. But its something I’ve carried with me for years. I wish I would’ve spoken up and told her how uncomfortable that question made me feel. I wish I would’ve asked her what exactly she meant by that. That was my experience.
