Dr. Beek and his assistant were attentive, professional, and engaging. They made an effort to keep me informed on vision changes and their possible effects on me. Have to choose which is clearer is stressful for me and they made the visit less so.

Doctor Beek is the best eye doctor I've seen in 30 years, and the only one who has been really helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to listen regarding Dry Eye Syndrome, as he deals with it himself. He's very personable, cares about his patients, and takes the time to explain things. I've greatly appreciated the samples he's provided to treat Dry Eye. When he let me know this time that there may be a promising new treatment in the works, it gave me hope that my years of almost constantly red eyes could end. While my insurance allows me to see him for specific 'medical' eye problems or symptoms, unfortunately it will no longer cover an appointment with him or other doctors at Discover Vision to have my eyes checked and refraction for glasses.

Somehow he is always on time but also takes time to thoroughly and engagingly explain everything. I’ve wondered if he generously schedules his exams further apart than most! I’m a type 1 diabetic and feel like I’m in the best hands possible. I actually look forward to the eye doctor!
