My mother (98 years old) was living at Country Home assisted living in Harwood, MD when the need arose for in home medical assessment. Chesapeake Elder Care was called and Lois and another NP from their practice visited within a few days, assessed my mother's needs, developed a plan of care with my concerns and my mother's needs well established and guided her though her final stage of life with care and dignity.
