This nurse was extraordinarily rude and condescending to me both on the phone and in person. She talked over me as I was trying to explain my symptoms. She did not use gloves when providing me care, and she was generally unpleasant, unaccommodating, and lacked empathy for my condition. Overall a HORRIBLE experience. I will not be returning.
